Treatment & Care

Our specialists at Aiken Dermatology can assist you with all of your skin related concerns, including:

General Dermatology: Diagnosis and therapy of dermatitis; eczema; psoriasis; acne; warts; infectious skin problems including viral, bacterial, and fungal diseases; venereal diseases; blistering diseases; cutaneous manifestations of internal disease; hair and nail problems; moles and other skin growths; and assessment and surgical treatment of premalignant and malignant skin lesions

Patch Testing: Identification of the causes of contact allergies

Cosmetic Dermatology: Dr. Potter will be offering Botox and chemical peels in the Aiken office. Call today for your cosmetic consultation.

Dermatologic surgery: We will be performing excisions of both benign and malignant lesions. Dr. Potter is fellowship trained with Mohs micrographic surgery. Surgical procedures are carried out in private procedure rooms and are usually performed under local or regional anesthesia. Relaxing background music is always available and serves to help calm patients' nerves and help the time go faster and more pleasantly.
