Physical Therapy (PT) helps improve movement, strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, and functional ability. The Pediatric Physical Therapy Program at AU Health develops individualized care plans for patients to maximize their potential for movement and functional independence.
Goals of outpatient physical therapy
Physical therapists work with patients, their families, and their treatment team, to provide direct outpatient rehabilitation services to patients ranging in age from newborns to young adults. Our goal is to improve:
