What does my score mean?
- <10 = You are probably not suffering from excessive daytime sleepiness
- 10+ = You are suffering from excessive daytime sleepiness and may need evaluation by a physician to determine the cause. Excessive daytime sleepiness is almost always the result of an underlying medical condition such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless legs syndrome or another sleep disorder that can be diagnosed and effectively treated.
