Welcome, and thank you for making Augusta University Health your choice for healthcare. Whether you are a patient or guest of our adult hospital, children’s hospital, or clinics, it’s our pleasure to care for you and your family.
After-hours Access to Hospital
To enhance safety for patients and team members, starting September 19, 2022, AU Health will enforce after-hours access to Augusta University Medical Center and Children's Hospital of Georgia for all patients and support persons.
After-hours times: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Where to go: Entrance F - near the Emergency Department on Harper Street. All other entrances to the hospital are closed (for use as exit only)
During after-hours and weekends/holidays, AU Health Security will screen all persons entering the hospital and escort them as needed.
