Dr. Jacob L. Beltz was born in Bellevue, NE to two amazing active duty Air Force parents. He moved to Augusta, Georgia at age 12 where he lived until moving to Savannah for medical school, attended Mercer University School of Medicine, followed by an internship in surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He returned to Savannah for a residency focused on Diagnostic Radiology with Early Specialization in IR at Memorial Health University Medical Center and then completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Beltz is thrilled to return to Augusta with his wife, Andrea, and incredible little girl, River. Medicine and music are his passions and he is a devoted fan of UGA football.
