As a health psychologist, I believe health and wellness are best achieved when we focus not just on physical health, but mental, behavioral, social, and spiritual wellness as well. This means addressing physical symptoms, your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors about those symptoms, and the cultural, interpersonal, and socioeconomic contexts in which they occur. I am committed to practicing compassionate care, cultural humility, and interdisciplinary collaboration with other providers.
