Dr. Watson is always exceptional, but she really took the time to make sure a thorough exam was done and an appropriate treatment plan was made for xxx at this visit. She was very empathetic and clearly concerned for her; in addition to the immediate plans, she made sure to follow up with us later that afternoon to update on labs and check on her, which I truly appreciated! She even helped make sure we had an alternate plan to get her medication, since our pharmacy was having delays (and were so thankful for that, too!)
