Thank you for finding time to give me the shot in my xxx, I had been in pain for several months and didnt know what to do. Thank goodness I told the PA my problem and he knew right away what was wrong..xxx and said in addition to physical therapy I can give you a shot to help relieve the pain and I have the time to give the shot. Thank you, thank you for care. This is the only reason I am doing this survey is because he helped me and was so nice about it.

Good

January 12, 2024

Good as always

January 10, 2024

I was passed when he made the comment, "We have others that could used the surgery date scheduled." Lack of concern and passion for me as the patient. I have a lot of personal things going and did not need or wanted to hear something like that coming out his mouth.

January 5, 2024

He was in a hurry as all Dr's these days. Headed out as soon as he arrived. Without history I think he did the best he could. My care seems to be headed in a different direction than the other apox. 25 other Dr's I've seen for my injuries. Good or not we will find out together.
