November 15, 2023

With discussion of probable xxx procedure & lack of thoroughness in providing all necessary information (specific risks of surgery) with initial surgery in xxx (I wasnt familiar with most xxx surgical procedures); I had more questions to ask this time.

November 10, 2023

As I was a non-surgical patient, provider was a surgeon and was professional in his care. I felt that it was clear that his preference was for surgical candidates. (The physician 8I typically saw left the practice and I was scheduled for this physician.

November 10, 2023

He gave all options and his recommendations and allowed me to make a decision.

October 19, 2023

Didn't diagnose the issue, waste of time and money. I could have just gone to a physical therapist on my own.
