The provider shows concern during the visit but then follow up questions or concerns relayed via the portal get barely a few words as a response or you are dismissed and told to go to the ED when the issue isn't urgent enough to waste everyone's time at the ER

Dr. Rao is amazing. I'm truly impressed that such a busy doctor would take the time to listen to me, diagnose my health issues, recommend solutions, and even add an additional test that became apparent was needed. I think that he has a real concern for his patients and wants them to get well by finding the underlying causes of the symptoms, not just managing them.
