Dr. Sherita A. King is a fellowship-trained and board-certified urologic surgeon specializing in male and female sexual medicine and prosthetic urology. She was raised in Augusta, GA and attended the University of Georgia. She completed medical school and urology residency at the Medical College of Georgia. She continued her training in sexual medicine at San Diego Sexual Medicine. Dr. King is recognized as a center of excellence for penile implants. Her expertise includes erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease (penile curvature), low testosterone, low libido (sex drive), male urinary incontinence, and arousal disorder.

The Provider is very knowledgeable. She was a bit demanding when asking questions, I was not sure how to answer some of the questions. She is very much to the point.

My main concern was the length of the visit. After about a 20 or 30 minute wait I was called in to have my vitals taken. After they finished this they told me to go back out to the waiting room because they didn't have an exam room available. After about an hour or so they took me back to an exam room. Then I had to wait in there for about 30 minutes before an intern came in to ask me a few questions. Finally Dr. King came in about 30 minutes after that. My visit with her only lasted about 10 or 15 minutes and then I left.

Dr King was very behind. I waited more than an hour in the exam room I figure that she was fatigued because my appointment was 4:00pm and I was not seen until well offer 5:00pm. I will see her earlier in the day for future appointments.

Dr. Sherita King is the first Urinologist (the sixth one) who showed a sincere interest and devotion to figuring out from the symptoms (from about the last 15 years that have been very debilitating and extremely chronically painful what) what is really going on and making a plan go treat the symptoms and solving the problem of how to stop the chronic pain.
