As a surgeon I consider two values to be the most important. The first is kindness. I relate with my patients on a personal level to provide the information and support that they need during troubling times. The second is skillfulness. I constantly strive to achieve the best possible outcomes in the clinic and in surgery.

Might have been an off day for the provider but was short with me. Didnt seem very pleasant and was in a rush to get to next person. I think the nurse did his job and she did it very well.
